Return Policy

Please email nella@nelacasabella.com with the subject: “Return Request” and reason for the return.

To be eligible for a refund, the product should be unused; in its original packaging and be returned in the same condition that it was shipped.

A refund will be processed upon receiving and inspection of the product to ensure everything is in good condition.

Return may be in person or shipped back to us. You are responsible for the cost to ship your return to us:

If Refund is approved, refund will be provided in the form of payment it was received minus the shipping fees.

Shipping, Local Delivery and Pick-up

If you select shipping options, shipping is provided by Canada Post and rates are based on the weight of the item.

We periodically offer local delivery to the following cities: Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Uxbridge, Port Perry, Clarington, Courtice and Bowmanville. Local delivery periods will be announced on our site and will be available at checkout.

Curb-side pickup is available for all orders.

When you select local delivery or curb-side pickup, we will be in contact with you via email to arrange a date and time for your delivery option.
